The orders that are submitted to the electronic store are delivered by our company’s transportation within the wider area of Athens.

The prices written on the products in our electronic store do not include transportation costs outside of this area.

For orders outside the wider area of Athens our orders are delivered by the transportation agency of your choice in your area. Agency transportation costs are the burden of the buyer.


Returns – Replacements


Return Process for Non-Damaged Products

Returns are accepted ONLY after being confirmed with our e-shop contacted either by email at [email protected], or by phone at 216000 70 70 and exclusively for products that were bought through our e-shop.

Returns are completed within a timespan of 15 days from the receiving date of your order by the transportation agency and the products will need to be in excellent condition inside their original packaging. Returns are not accepted for products that have been used or washed.

After our confirmation to return the products, you send them to us, with a transportation agency of your choice, the cost of transportation paid for by you, that MUST be attached with your consignment note.

With the return of the products, we can either credit your account for a future purchase within 6 months, or cash return by bank transfer (within 30 days) from the date we receive the return.

Parallel with the return process, you can fulfil a new order with the products you want in our e-shop or by phone call. In the comment section declare that this concerns a replacement order and add the details of your consignment note that is accompanying your returning products.

After we receive the products that you have returned, processing of the new order will begin.



Refund Process for Non-Damaged Products

If you do not wish to replace your products and instead wish to be refunded their purchase value, you must send us an e-mail at [email protected] which must contain your billing information (name and surname, phone number, bank account number, IBAN, bank) where the corresponding amount will be refunded.

The deposit will be completed up to 30 days after the products’ return to us. The deposit will amount to the total value charged in your original invoice.



Damaged Products

All our products are inspected by our highly qualified staff before they are sent. A rigorous inspection is undertaken to ensure that you receive our products in excellent condition. Despite this, should you identify any problems, you must immediately send us an email at [email protected] or contact us on this number 2102462042 to inform us of the problem that concerns our products.
