Procedure for Exchange of Non-Defective Product
After consultation with our team and after it has been previously agreed, you send us the products that have not been washed or used, at your own expense, with a transport company of your choice, MANDATORY accompanied by your shipping slip.

Along with the return process, you can place a new order with the product you want in our online store or by phone. In the comments field state that this is a return replacement and you will state the details of the Shipping Note that accompanies the products when they are returned.
As soon as we receive the products you returned to us, the process of sending the new order will begin.
Non-Defective Product Refund Process
In case you wish not to place a new order and wish to return the value of your products, a relevant e-mail should be sent to the email address [email protected], in which your company's account details will be mentioned (name , Contact number, Account number, IBAN, bank) to which the corresponding amount will be returned.
The deposit is made within 30 days of receiving the product. The deposit concerns the total value of the corresponding purchase price of the products.
Defective products
All our products are checked by the specialized staff of our company before they are sent to you. Strict quality control is carried out so that you receive our products in perfect condition.
